AT THE MOVIES by Le Cinéma Club (May 30 - July 3)

The new programme by Le Cinéma Club is dedicated to being at the cinema! They are showing films by Zoë Lund, Barbara Hammer, Mamadou Dia, Angela Christlieb & Stephen Kijak, and Luc Moullet.

There are two more days to catch Zoë Lund’s short Hot Ticket(1993), shot for a prompt by IFFR at the Old Luxor Theater in Rotterdam. And starting on Friday you can watch Barbara Hammer’s Audience(1982), in which Hammer filmed and talked with the audiences at her screenings across four cities.

Two films by COLECTIVO LOS INGRÁVIDOS on e-flux (June 1 - 30)

You can watch Teocalli(2024) and Coyote(2023) by the Mexican film collective Colectivo Los Ingrávidos. The two films are screening for the whole month of June as part of the e-flux Staff Picks series.

Colectivo Los Ingrávidos draw inspiration from the historical avant-gardes and play with both digital and analog mediums. Their work often times explores mythology and social protest.
